New chapter leaders are invited to connect with experienced leaders to work on goals to develop and strengthen their chapter as well as personal leadership goals. One on one virtual connections last three months. Mentors and mentees decide on their own meeting schedule and cadence. Guidance and resources are provided by program administrators to assist the cohort in connecting one on one and with the whole group for broader networking connections with the whole group.
