Welcome to Professional MentorSHPE!
The Professional MentorSHPE program facilitates peer group mentoring circles that focus on various topics of professional development and opportunities for networking. This track is designed for our SHPE Professional Members who are looking to connect with their peers as they work on their individual professional development goals. The groups are designed in a Peer Mentoring model where each group member shares their personal goals and receives accountability and insight from their fellow Peer Mentees. Each group member brings expertise to share and receives mentoring from the other participants. See below for more details!

How are the groups organized?
- Groups of four are paired by; area of professional skill development chosen by each peer mentee, time zone and career level.
- Groups choose meeting time and cadence based on their schedules.
- Each peer mentee sets their own personal goals for professional skill development and gains feedback and insight from the group.
